A name with history
Madame Olympe opened in Leblon in 2025, and Claude Troisgros named it after his mother, Olympe, whose restaurant marked his early career in France. In the 2026 Michelin Guide Rio de Janeiro & São Paulo it received its first star — and chef Jéssica Trindade became the first woman in Rio to hold one.
French technique, Brazilian ingredients
The cooking pairs French technique with Brazilian produce from small suppliers. Reported dishes have included grilled scallops with sorrel purée, a pumpkin and pupunha ravioli, a beetroot sorbet with blue cheese and fish of the day with cashew. Trindade trained in Rio, worked at Maison Troisgros in Roanne and at Mirazur in Menton, and co-wrote the menu with Troisgros.
Eight courses or four
The restaurant has offered an eight-course and a four-course tasting menu, each with optional wine pairing from a list of more than 150 labels. Prices and formats change, so confirm them when booking.
Leblon around the meal
